Mark I agree with you 100% there the buttom line is that owning a home is the American Dream and that will not just go away. There are a tons of great deals even through all the bad ones. The last project that we finished on the west side of Detroit has generated over 400 leads already. I guess someone forgot to tell those people that they should not buy a home. At the end of the day we all need somewhere to live, so why not a completely renovated home in a great neighborhood for a reasonable price.
