100 years. 10 years. 4 years

"So how long your company has been around?”

“We have been in business for 20 years.”

Those two sentences used to matter. To people thinking about doing business to you and to your ego.

Now what page you show up on Google when somebody is looking to do anything with real estate investing in your city, matters a lot more. You No-Show simply means that you are invisible. Don’t exist to a large number of populations who does not read classifieds in newspapers or is not driving around anymore calling phone numbers on “I Buy Houses” road signs.

Which means that right now,

1. You got to be on the web,
2. You cannot afford to put up a crappy website which doesn’t to provide any reason to incoming clicks to stay around
3. You need to show up on search engines especially Google, Yahoo, MSN and ASK, for at least words and phrases that people in your local Michigan city are typing away, every day, looking for somebody like you.

General Motors has been around for 100 years. Google has been around for 10 years. FaceBook has been around for four years.

Who is impacting your life, right now, more? At work? In Business? Financially?

Is it the car you are driving?

Or where your business is showing up on Google when your future customers are looking for you?
