If you do decide to buy something out of this auction - start with a bottom line number and dont get into an auction fever. I am a not big fan of auctions. You end up bidding against far too many rookies or homeowners who are looking to live in that house. End result your emotions take over and you end up buying stuff that you never wanted at a price you should have never paid.
