Mark,
I read your comments on the Delphi GM happening you wrote on 26 Mar. I was amazed at your daily schedule, I have a similar routine of set goals, researching and acting or moving on. I do real estate investment (rentals)in Michigan and I just moved to Oakland County from Saginaw. I work full time and I am in the National Guard. So my rentals are my part time. I use to work for Delphi and in 2002 I decided that the pension I thought I would get when I joined Delphi would be non existent so I zeroed it out of my future compensation planning. That is the year I bought my first rental. I now have 2 and I am looking to grow. I have bookmarked this BLOG. Thanks for the insight.
