Last evening just I was leaving my Madison Heights office,
impatiently trying to get home to try my newest toy, a brand new
Dell X-1 Latitude Laptop which is the smallest laptop they have -
by the way on a side note, I bought this laptop under my real
estate LLC name, under my business credit, did not even had to put
my social security number in and got a great lease on it ; just
another cool thing about building business credit under your real
estate LLC and try not to use your personal credit for any business
dealings.

Coming back, so here I am trying to sneak past Nora and he jumps
up and says that hey lets go and see this foreclosure in Oakland
County ( cant tell you the city yet - till my offer gets accepted)
but it is close to my office in Madison Heights and we end up going
there.

Nice house, big square footage and nothing major - needs upgrades
in kitchens and bathrooms. 2 Week renovation at best. We are
leaving the subdivision and literally right in front of us, on the
other side of the street is another bank foreclosure, bigger,
looking better, with the Bank Eviction notice still plastered on
the front windows and grass almost 3 feet hight swaying in the
wind.

Amazing! Talk about a double decker foreclosure deal - back to
back, right in front of each other. I have never see this.
I put the offer in on thefirst house and the second house is not
even on the mareket yet becuae the eviction is so recent.

But the offer is in play as we speak. From looking at the house at
5:00pm yesterday and offer was in at 10:00am this morning.

Speed pays in our business.
