The best way to get a hold of me is via this journal. Post comments on what you like and better still dont like. I believe in systems of gradual improvement. I am not perfect [well that is not a correct statement. :-) ]
The workshop is over. Next event is a monster 3 day in January, details to be posted soon. So I have three months of breathing room so i will make sure that I will daily entries in this journal. Finish Foreclosure Secrets series that many people have emailed me for.
Please dont think that I dont want to reply to your personal emails sent to my wealthbuidlergroup address. I have a young daughter (six days), very demanding wife and a 2 year old terrifying toddler. Add my real estate business and very ambitious coaching group and my days look very short. Oh, and my book is coming out in December.
So if you want my 100% attention, post a comment here on a topic that irkes your curiousity and think about this way - if you have a question about real estate, foreclosures etc, this will help all the other visitors of the site also. It works out for everyone.

Shaun, I have four more people on the list - you are on that list. I was not really expecting this overwhelming response to the Apprentice program. I will call around noon. And you will get the teleseminar info first thing in the morning. Starts at 7:00pm sharp.

Mark, I really regret not being able to get into your workshop! Theresa told me there just wasn't enough room at the hotel to expand the seating.
She has put me on a waiting list for the next one.
It looks like your new apprentice program will be a great success. I know it has stirred some real excitement in me, as has your announcement of the changes to your website.
Congratulations on the new baby.

Frank, sorry about the hotel room. I mailed to a really small list and the seats were gone in 2 weeks. The decision to keep the workshop small is mine-not a good financial one but it keeps the learning environment very focused.
I like my attendees to ask questions - lots of questions. Big settings prohibit it - mentally and logistically. So the training event in January will be small too. My partner goes crazy everytime we are booking small rooms. We turned down 9 people this time and nobody was happy about it.
Apprentice is just wild right now. I have four more people to talk to today and we are done with the selection. You will love the site once it launches. It wont be a tribute to me (although it should be :-)] but we are trying to put some content there that you can actaully use right away in your real estate business.

The seminar last Saturday was awesome, I am currently getting an account with e-fax.com,gotvmail.com and I will be ordering some postcards via the internet also.
I would like to know if those of us who attended the workshop will get copies of the transparencies you used on the overhead projector and if so when?

Hi Mark,
I purchased the foreclosure list from the Oakland Co. courthouse today, and I was wondering is there a significant difference between working with foreclosures as opposed to pre-foreclosures?
I want to maximize my time and efforts to pursue the most profitable course.

I wanted to let you know that I write mortgages for investors through a couple of different banks at 100%LTV. We also do not charge points, just a flat fee for writing a loan which is $800.00. So, I am a loan officer you will not have to hit on the head. Plus my office is fairly close to yours!

I just received your november real estate newsletter. I am new to your information, so where do I start. The apprenticeship program sounds good but I am not sure that I qualify. All the information that I have read on your website sound very profitable. It is good to finally have someone local teaching this information instead having to go out of state.
